Help with Joined.
For the Joined app on your phone and Joined on the web. Questions about your church’s records go to your church; questions about Joined itself come to us.
Who to ask
Your church, or us.
- Your church
- Your household, your children’s details and allergies, who can pick them up, serving, events and your gifts. Your church’s staff keep these records and can change them.
- The Joined team
- Signing in, the app not working as it should, your account and your data. Write to hello@missionreadystrategies.com.
- What helps
- Your church’s name, the email address you sign in with, your phone and what you tapped. Never send a password, a sign-in code or a card number.
Enter the email address your church has for you. Joined emails you a code to type in. There is no password to remember.
Your church connects you. Ask its office to invite the email address you sign in with, then sign in again with that address.
In Family you can keep your children’s grade and allergies up to date and add a child, when your church allows it. For anything else, such as guardians or who can pick up your children, ask for a change and your church’s staff will make it.
Notifications are off until you turn them on in the app. A notice says only “You have a new update.” and never shows names or details. Turn them off in the app, or in your phone’s Settings, at any time.
A gift goes to your church through Stripe. Joined never sees your card number. For a receipt, a statement or a refund, ask your church.
In the app, open Profile and choose Delete your account. Your account is deleted 30 days later, and you can cancel before then. If you own a church in Joined, hand it to someone else first.
The Privacy policy says what Joined collects, why, who helps run it and how to download or delete your account. The Terms of service are the agreement for using it.
