Questions churches ask
Yes. Import people and households from a spreadsheet (CSV): match its columns to Joined’s fields, review the rows, and decide what happens to possible duplicates before anything is saved. An import can be undone. More about switching
Joined is billed month to month. An owner can cancel from Plan and billing at any time, and your church keeps access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
No. Your church is one license and every campus is part of it. You can limit staff and volunteers to the campuses they serve.
Yes. People with export access can download your people and households as a CSV at any time, and each section of Reports exports the same way. If you cancel, your records are kept.
Your church pauses until an owner starts a subscription. Nothing you saved is lost, and nothing is charged until you subscribe.
No. Every module is part of the plan. An owner or administrator turns a module off or on in Church settings at any time; turning one off stops access right away and keeps its records, and the price stays the same.
Your staff can ask the assistant about your church’s people, groups, services, events, giving and reports in the web app. It answers from your church’s own records that the person asking is allowed to see, and it can prepare a change that happens only after someone taps Confirm. Requests go only to AI providers that keep no copy and do not train on them. The assistant is an add-on for $100 a month, and its price is tentative and may change. It includes $75 of AI usage each month. When your church has used it, the assistant pauses for the rest of the month, and nothing extra is charged. Every free trial includes it.
